These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to peptidehp.com and any order placed with High Point Research Peptides LLC ("High Point", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site, creating an account, opting in to messages, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and the policies published on our policies page.

By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified buyer, that the research compounds will be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting, and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing their purchase, handling, storage, and disposal.

We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, preparation, administration, or usage instructions, and we do not provide medical advice. We do not sell, supply, or recommend administration supplies of any kind.

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The products and information provided by High Point Research Peptides are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. High Point Research Peptides LLC is a research compound supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor are we an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, view pricing, opt in to messages, or place an order. By using this site you represent that you are 21 or older.

Pricing and ordering are available only to registered, email-verified account holders. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@peptidehp.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and to product availability. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order — including an order already placed — where stock is unavailable, where a listing or price error has occurred, where we suspect fraud or misuse, or where acceptance would conflict with these Terms or applicable law.

Item availability, including backordered items, is shown on the product page at the time you order. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout; once a purchase is completed it cannot be changed or cancelled (see Returns & refunds).

Payments are processed by an approved third-party payment processor. High Point does not store card details on its servers.

Your order total, including shipping and any optional add-ons or fees that apply to your order, is calculated and displayed in full at checkout before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged; we do not add charges after payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed.

Store credit and any discount you qualify for are applied at checkout and shown on the order summary. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless the checkout applies them together automatically.

We ship within the United States only. Orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm MT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Backordered items ship within 7–14 days of purchase, as soon as stock arrives.

Temperature-sensitive research compounds ship with cold packs and insulated packaging. Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and is outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that receipt of the research compounds is lawful at that address.

All sales are final. Because our materials are sensitive research compounds, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed — including ordering mistakes, changed circumstances, or dissatisfaction with results. By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact support@peptidehp.com with your order number and photos so we can review the shipment and make it right.

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to access data belonging to other customers, no probing or bypassing security controls, no abusive scraping of the catalog, no resale or redistribution of research compounds for human or veterinary use, and no misrepresentation of your identity, age, or intended use.

We may suspend or close any account, and refuse service, where these Terms are violated.

Research compounds are provided "as is" and "as available" for laboratory research purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond the batch-specific testing documentation we publish for the lot you received. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Point Research Peptides LLC, its members, officers, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the handling, storage, use, or misuse of any research compound. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Point Research Peptides LLC and its members, officers, and staff from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of this site, your handling, storage, transfer, or disposal of any research compound, or any use of a research compound that is not in-vitro laboratory research.

Text messaging is optional. You are enrolled only when you provide your mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages — for example by submitting a sign-up form that displays this consent language.

1. Program description. By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, catalog updates, restock alerts) from High Point Research Peptides at the cell number used when signing up.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to create an account, view pricing, or buy anything from us.
3. Age requirement. You must be 21 or older to opt in, and the mobile number you provide must be your own.
4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
5. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received.
6. Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
7. Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@peptidehp.com.
8. Resubscribing. If you opt out and later want messages again, you must opt in again by submitting a new sign-up with your consent; we will not resubscribe you on your behalf.
9. Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
10. Number changes. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned so we can update or remove it.
11. No sale or sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers messages on our behalf.
12. Privacy. Information collected through the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you opt in, we may send marketing emails such as catalog updates, restock alerts, cart reminders, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Order confirmations, shipping notices, support replies, and account security messages are transactional and continue while you hold an account, regardless of marketing preferences.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes to the SMS program will be reflected here before they take effect. Continued use of the site, or continued participation in the messaging program, after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
