Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — Email us. Send a request from the email address on your account to PeptideHP@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address of the account you want deleted so we can locate it. No explanation is required.

Option 2 — Through your account. While signed in, you can manage or remove much of your data yourself from your account settings: update or remove your profile and shipping details, adjust your communication preferences, and opt out of all marketing emails and text messages. For a full account deletion, email us as described above and we will complete it for you.

If you signed up with Facebook. You can also start from Facebook: open Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, find High Point Research Peptides, and choose Remove. This revokes our access through Facebook. Removing the app there stops future access but does not delete the account record we hold, so please also email us to have that data removed.

Because deletion is permanent, we verify that the person asking is the account owner before acting. In most cases we simply reply to the email address on the account and confirm the request. If we cannot verify you that way — for example, if you no longer have access to the account email — we may ask for limited information associated with the account, such as your name or a recent order number. We only ask for what is needed to confirm ownership and never request your password or any sign-in code.

When your account is deleted we remove or irreversibly de-identify your account profile: name, email address, phone number, shipping addresses, saved preferences, marketing consent and communication choices, referral and store-credit associations, and support conversations tied to your account. Data linked through Facebook Login — the Facebook-linked identity used to sign in — is deleted with the account. Any first-party sign-in analytics tied to your email address are removed as well.

Some records cannot be fully deleted because tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws require us to keep them for a limited period. These are limited to the minimum necessary: order records such as what was purchased, the order total, and the delivery details needed for those records. Where possible these records are stripped of personal identifiers, and they are never used for marketing. Payment card details are never stored by us at any point — they are handled entirely by our payment processor.

We begin processing deletion requests as soon as they are verified and complete them within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is finished. If your request is more complex or we need additional verification, we will tell you and keep you updated.
